Our mission
Cooper’s Communications was founded in 2007 to put senior network talent where it was scarce — designing, building and operating infrastructure others couldn’t. By 2010 that became the entire company: networks run as if uptime were a promise, not a feature.
Our story
Satellite links in Haiti and Albania. High-speed supercomputer networks. Data-center work nobody sees. Some of the networks we’ve built are sensitive enough that we can’t discuss them — what we can say is that they worked, and the habit of building that way never left.
Our team
A US-based bench of engineers and analysts — veterans of highly secure environments, paranoid by training. Delivery runs on PMI-aligned, PMP/ITIL-certified project management, and no ticket escalates without its history attached.
